AStudios LLC is not responsible for any disciplinary actions, rule violations, or consequences that may result from using AGames LLC on school or work networks. Use responsibly and in accordance with school or organization’s policies.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using AGames you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here (including any posted Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. No age limit / minors

There is no minimum age to visit or use the Site.

3. What AGames provides

AGames displays playable games. The Site primarily publishes full-page gamesq and third-party game content that we place on pages for convenience. Embeds may be provided by third-party game publishers, game portals, or content hosts.

4. Ownership, rights, and your responsibility for embedded content

All rights in content on the Site are owned by their respective rights-holders. AStudios owns Site layout, branding, and original code, but many game embeds linked or shown on AGames are created and owned by third parties.

5. No personal data collection

AGames does not collect personal information (name, email, phone, identifiers) from visitors. We do not require registration to play.
Some embedded third-party games or their hosts may collect data or set cookies. AStudios is not responsible nor have access for third-party data collection practices. Check any third-party game publisher’s privacy policy before interacting with their embedded content.

6. Acceptable use and school rules

You must use the Site lawfully and in compliance with your school’s acceptable use policies. Accessing AGames on educational or work networks is subject to environment rules and permissions.
You may not attempt to bypass educational or work networks filters, use VPNs/proxies to evade blocks, or impersonate school staff. Attempting to circumvent network restrictions is a breach of these Terms and may lead to account or IP suspension and (if applicable) reporting to educational or work networks authorities.
Do not use the Site to host, publish, or distribute illegal content, se*xually explicit material, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights. Harassment, threats, or doxxing of others is strictly prohibited.

7. User submissions

The Site does not accept user-uploaded games, comments, or accounts (unless a particular feature is later added and clearly announced). If we add features that accept user content, separate terms and moderation policies will be posted and will apply.

8. Moderation, removal, and termination

AStudios may remove or disable access to any content (including games) at any time for any reason, including copyright complaints, safety issues, or educational or work networks requests.
We may suspend or block access for users or IP ranges that violate these Terms or are the source of repeated complaints.
Certain obligations (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity) survive removal or termination.

10. Disclaimers — “AS IS”

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTUDIOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EMBEDDED THIRD-PARTY CONTENT IS LAWFUL, SAFE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USER OR ENVIRONMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTUDIOS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR EMBEDDED CONTENT. ASTUDIOS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES WILL NOT EXCEED $100 (OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ASTUDIOS LLC IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, IF GREATER).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AStudios LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or remove features of the Site, discontinue the Site entirely, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
